Subprocessors and External AI Models

The parties we engage to deliver the Localign product. Mode A subprocessors are always engaged and keep your data on European infrastructure. Mode B subprocessors and external AI models are only ever activated by you, and even then a per-prompt consent and sensitive-data scan run before any forwarding. This page forms an integral part of the contractual arrangements with the Customer under article 11.3 of the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and article 4.4 of the AI Addendum.

Change procedure

  • We notify customers at least 30 calendar days before adding or replacing a subprocessor (DPA article 11.4).
  • Customers can object on the grounds set out in DPA article 11.5.
  • For changes that are necessary for service continuity or security and cannot wait 30 days, we notify as soon as possible and explain why (DPA article 11.4 second paragraph).
