How this fits with the DPA and AI Annex
The Terms cover product use and commercials. Personal-data processing is governed separately by the Data Processing Agreement. AI-specific roles and obligations are governed by the AI Annex. All three documents reference the same versioned pages on this Trust Center, and the personalised PDF in your Control panel always carries the matching version stamp.
